Global school Foundation was established in 2002. Kuala Lumpur campus started in June 2006.

The school's curriculum which is called the Power-Packed is their unique curriculum for GIS students which the school aims to inspire and teach students at GIS to be a competent, confident and contributive citizen of the society.
